Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and prioritize care based on acuity levels
- Collaborate with physicians and emergency department teams for seamless patient flow

- Train incoming staff on triage protocols and department workflows

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience (ED experience preferred)
- BSN degree or higher (required for career advancement)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS required within 6 months)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure emergency environments
