Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms and medical history to determine care priority and urgency
- Provide expert guidance to patients via phone, video, and in-person triage
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation per HIPAA standards
- Handle emergency situations with composure and decisive clinical judgment
- Educate patients on treatment protocols and follow-up care requirements
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona with minimum 3 years clinical experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Proven expertise in emergency/trauma triage protocols
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
