Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments via phone, telehealth, and in-person triage
- Make critical clinical decisions for emergency and non-emergency cases
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to coordinate patient flow
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide clear patient education and discharge instructions
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (or compact state)
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience (ER/urgent care preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certification required (PENNCAT training provided)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
