Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to elderly patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report patient changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and safe ambulation using proper techniques
- Document patient care activities accurately and maintain medical records
- Support patients with medication reminders under nurse supervision

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
