Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in San Diego healthcare facilities
- Assist with ADLs, vital signs monitoring, and medication documentation
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and remote care follow-ups
- Maintain accurate electronic health records via secure remote access
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians for care plan adjustments
- Support patient education through virtual platforms
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation for on-site shifts
- Proficient with telehealth software (e.g., Doxy, Teladoc)
- Strong documentation skills for remote charting
- Ability to work independently in hybrid settings
- Clear criminal background check and TB test
