Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to patients including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the night shift
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Support patient independence and dignity in all care activities
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
