Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report critical changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
