Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities and medication reminders
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Support emotional and physical comfort of residents
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent nursing experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with weekend and holiday scheduling
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license preferred
- Background check and health clearance mandatory
