Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health remotely
- Assist with ADLs and mobility support at Mesa facility
- Coordinate care plans via telehealth platforms
- Maintain accurate electronic health records remotely
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all digital communications
Qualifications
- Active AZ CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Weekend shift availability mandatory
- Basic telehealth documentation proficiency
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check and health screening
- Strong communication and tech literacy
