Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Manage patient scheduling and digital charting using Dentrix/Eaglesoft software
- Perform sterilization protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant operatory setups
- Take accurate dental radiographs and implement infection control measures
- Provide chairside support during procedures and post-operative care instructions
- Order inventory and manage dental supply logistics
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant program graduate or equivalent experience
- Active Wisconsin Dental Assistant certification (DA/EFDA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- CPR certification and radiology license
- Proficiency in digital imaging and practice management software
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
