Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled nursing professionals to provide exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the RN or Physician, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding patient status and changes in condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with infection control standards.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (CA required).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate bedside manner.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
