Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care assistance to patients in their homes or care facilities.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support patient mobility and transfers to ensure safety and prevent falls.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care plans and daily reports.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the nursing staff regarding patient status.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, urgent care environment.
- Physical stamina to perform standing, lifting, and bending.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
