Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility issues, transfers, and positioning safely.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families regarding care plans.
- Adhere to all state regulations and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- Valid RN or LPN license (if applying for higher-level nursing roles).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first or hybrid healthcare environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed.
