Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, accurately record vital signs, and document medical histories.
- Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during examinations and minor procedures.
- Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain a clean clinical environment.
- Administer medications, injections, and perform basic laboratory tests (phlebotomy).
- Manage patient scheduling, handle insurance verification, and process paperwork efficiently.
Qualifications
- Current Certification as a CMA, RMA, or equivalent (Required).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certification (Preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a medical office setting.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
