Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs by conducting physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately and promptly in electronic health records.

Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
