Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and respond immediately to changes in condition or medical emergencies.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and medication management.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads with exceptional clinical rotations will be considered).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
