Responsibilities

- Administrative Duties: Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, update electronic health records (EHR), and process insurance paperwork accurately.
- Laboratory Tasks: Collect and process laboratory specimens according to strict protocols.
- Communication: Provide clear instructions to patients regarding medications, diets, and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) certification required.
- Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or medical office setting preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and strong computer literacy.
- Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient-centric approach.
