Responsibilities
- Assess & Plan: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Vital Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vital signs and update electronic health records (EHR) in real-time.
- Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and critical situations with composure and precision.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (or Compact State).
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
