Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
  • Document patient care activities, observations, and responses to treatment in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Qualifications

  • Current, unlicensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin.
