Responsibilities

- Assist with Telehealth Visits: Support physicians and nurse practitioners during virtual appointments.
- Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR): Update patient charts, input lab results, and ensure data accuracy in compliance with HIPAA.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate follow-ups and referrals using practice management software.
- Patient Communication: Answer inquiries, provide health education, and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Admin Support: Handle insurance verification and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn EHR systems quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
