Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient intake and preliminary health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments via telehealth protocols
- Coordinate with on-site clinical teams for seamless patient handoffs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Monitor patient vitals and report abnormalities to physicians
- Assist with prescription refill authorization and lab result coordination
- Support emergency response protocols for overnight incidents
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in ambulatory care
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficient in telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Colorado medical assistant license in good standing
- Experience with remote patient monitoring preferred
