Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during night shifts, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to emergency situations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and preventive care
- Supervise LVNs/CNAs and delegate tasks according to scope of practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Ohio
- ACLS/BLS certification required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in Med/Surg or ICU
- Night shift availability (7 PM - 7 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
