Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during night shifts in high-acuity units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations and code calls
- Mentor junior staff and uphold quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in NM or GA
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Flexibility to cover floating assignments
- Pass background check and drug screening
