Responsibilities
- Precision-compound and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage prescription inventory with meticulous attention to expiration dates
- Process insurance claims and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling

- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and sterile compounding protocols
Qualifications
- Active PTCB or ExCPT certification (or eligible)
- Texas Pharmacy Technician registration (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year retail/hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficiency in pharmacy software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
