Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Process insurance claims and manage patient records with precision
- Conduct inventory management and pharmaceutical stock rotation
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling
- Maintain strict compliance with DEA, HIPAA, and state pharmacy regulations
- Operate pharmacy technology systems efficiently (e.g., McKesson, Omnicell)

Qualifications
- Active Nevada Pharmacy Technician license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Prior pharmacy experience preferred but not required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with pharmacy software
