Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- 2+ years clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth setting
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or NextGen preferred)
- Exceptional telehealth communication skills
- BLS/CPR certification
