Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status remotely via telehealth platforms.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Respond to patient inquiries and urgent care needs within designated response times.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Nevada (or compact state license).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (acute care or telehealth experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth technology.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for remote interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
