Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Support patient emotional well-being during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic patient needs
