Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily activities: bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and ensure safe home environments
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Monitor client health conditions and report changes to care team
- Maintain detailed care logs and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or CPR certification a plus
- Pass background check and health screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
