Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and accuracy
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfer of patients
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient environments
- Document patient observations and care activities promptly
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate communication
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
