Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Monitor vital signs and document client observations accurately
- Administer medications under proper supervision and protocols
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation for clients
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- Collaborate with care teams to develop personalized care plans
Qualifications
- Current Illinois CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
