Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and treatments
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Support patient mobility and transfer activities safely
- Adhere to hospital protocols and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Current Michigan CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid Michigan driver's license (if required for transport duties)
