Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support licensed nursing staff with clinical tasks

- Communicate patient changes effectively to healthcare team
- Adhere to strict HIPAA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Current AZ CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
