Job Summary
As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a residential or clinical setting. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, empathetic, and ready to start work ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking using proper techniques.
- Prepare patients for meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Change linens and maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Communicate patient conditions and changes to the nursing staff and family members.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required and active in the state of Indiana.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
