Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medical procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure a clean, safe patient environment following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support patient emotional well-being through compassionate communication
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
