Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and document vital signs & patient conditions
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments
- Communicate effectively with patients/families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active MA CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong communication & documentation skills
- Flexibility with day/evening/weekend shifts
- Pass background/drug screening
