Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance as needed.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics to prevent injury.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications
- Current Kansas CNA Certification (or willingness to obtain one through our sponsored training program).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
