Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and nutritional requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with facility protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and physicians regarding patient status and changes in condition.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered North Carolina CNA or LPN license.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not always required for immediate hires.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
