Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients during overnight hours, including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff immediately
- Assist with medical procedures and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Serve as primary overnight support for emergency response and patient comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA protocols
Qualifications
- Active Nevada CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7PM-7AM)
- Background check and TB clearance required
