Responsibilities
- Provide virtual nursing assistance via telehealth platforms for patients across Louisville
- Coordinate patient care plans and communicate with healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and document updates in electronic health records
- Deliver health education and emotional support to patients and families remotely
- Collaborate with RNs to ensure continuity of care and treatment adherence
- Conduct virtual wellness checks and medication reminders
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Kentucky
- No prior work experience required (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficient with telehealth technology and electronic health records
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person visits
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
