Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the nursing staff immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA or RN license in Minnesota.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as needed.
