Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional bedside care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and equipment operation
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Deliver emotional support to patients and families during critical moments
- Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Perform mobility transfers and positioning with proper body mechanics
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year hospital or acute care experience
