Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Administer medications under supervision as per care plan
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Light housekeeping and laundry services
- Transport patients to medical appointments when needed
Qualifications
- Valid California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience
- Clean TB test and current CPR certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Compassionate demeanor and patience with elderly/ill patients
