Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide basic wound care and assist with mobility using walkers or wheelchairs.
- Transport patients to and from treatment areas, surgery, or radiology.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and requests for assistance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to RNs or charge nurses immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- CNA Certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move patients weighing up to 250 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
