Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Document patient observations accurately in EMR systems
- Support meal services and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Transport patients to therapy appointments or procedures
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work 8/12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
