Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Support licensed nursing staff in administering treatments and medications
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Document patient care activities and observations in electronic health records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Reliable transportation to cover multiple Atlanta-area locations
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
