Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient responses, and medical conditions
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain patient hygiene standards
- Collaborate with RNs and LPNs to implement care plans
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to clinical staff
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support a safe, clean, and organized patient environment
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays
