Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Take and record vital signs and observations
- Provide mobility assistance and position changes
- Prepare and serve meals while monitoring dietary needs
- Document resident care and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Transport residents to medical appointments
Qualifications
- Active Kansas CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
