Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes promptly
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass thorough background check
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate patient demeanor with cultural sensitivity
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
