Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Utilize provided medical equipment for client monitoring and care
- Administer medication as per care plans and training
- Document care activities and client observations
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
- Implement specialized care protocols using provided equipment
- Maintain client safety and comfort standards
- Collaborate with care teams using digital care platforms
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to operate provided medical equipment (training included)
- Compassionate nature with patience and reliability
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with elderly or disabled care preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
